This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through gutsyhair.co.za. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Delivery Areas

 


We currently deliver within South Africa only.


Delivery is available to all major cities and surrounding areas, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, and Bloemfontein.


Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.

 


 

 

3. Processing Time

 

 

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched

 

 


 

 

4. Shipping Rates

 

 

  • Flat rate shipping: R90 nationwide

  • Shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before payment

 

 


 

 

5. Estimated Delivery Times

 


Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed:

 

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other urban areas: 3–5 business days

  • Remote/outlying areas: 5–7 business days

 


Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or public holidays.

 


 

 

6. Courier & Tracking

 

 

  • We ship via PUDO (Powered by The Courier Guy) and other trusted South African courier partners

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email

  • You can track your delivery or collect your parcel from your selected PUDO locker location (where available)

 

 


 

 

7. Risk & Ownership

 


Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to your provided address or collection point.


Please ensure someone is available to receive or collect your parcel.

 


 

 

8. Incorrect Delivery Information

 


It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details at checkout.


We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

 


 

 

9. Failed Deliveries

 


If delivery fails due to no one being available or failure to collect from a locker:

 

  • The courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for collection

  • Additional delivery charges may apply

 

 


 

 

10. Lost or Damaged Orders

 


If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with:

 

  • Your full name and order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

 


We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

 


 

 

11. Order Cancellations

 

 

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no cost

  • Once shipped, cancellations must follow our return policy

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including:
